Cesar did an quick and amazing job getting our AC back up and running. He explained his services and my family and I were super appreciated having AC for the night. Great company and great service.

I am very happy with the service maintenance on my AC unit. Jeffrey is well knowledgeable. He found issues with the unit when the installer should have addressed at the the unit was put into operation. Note: Curtis Air was not the installer. My unit is now running in good condition.

I had a GREAT experience with everyone I encountered with Citrus from the office staff to the gentlemen that came out to assist us. Danny came out on the original call and found our issue, and although not a “quick” fix - Danny was able to locate and install two portable AC units to keep us cool while we waited for our new unit. Jeff came out a couple days later and completed a quote for us, and he was extremely pleasant, professional, and transparent about the process. Mike and Phillip came out to install the new unit - they did so efficiently with attention to detail and answered all of the questions I had. I have nothing but positive things to say about our entire experience!

Dalton was an outstanding representative of Citrus Air. Dalton came to our home on the second day of tropical storm Debbie. He got soaking wet on several necessary trips to his truck and he left us three portable air conditioning units because the motherboard on our air handler had shorted out. He answered and explained in detail all my questions.
